International Conference Collaboration - On Campus

Process -1 International Conference Collaboration - ON Campus

For International Conference Collaboration - ON Campus, the venue of the conference will either be the Conference hall (venue) or Auditorium of the University / Institution.

The Title of the international conference and the important dates for the same will be decided by bi-lateral discussion between ISERS & the University.

All the responsibilities and the expenditure in hosting the conference will be borne by ISERS, except for the accommodation and the hospitality of the Keynote Speakers will be taken care of by the respected university/Institution.

Universities/Institutions Collaborated with ISERS for International Conference - On Campus

International Conference Collaboration - Off Campus

Process -2 International Conference Collaboration - Off Campus

For International Conference Collaboration - Off Campus, the venue of the conference will be in a 5 Star Hotel.

The University/Institution will be as a Co-host for the Conference. Logos and Link of The University will be updated in the Conference website as well as on the associates page in the website of ISERS. Separate session will be provided to give an elaborate introduction about the university.

There will be a Co-host fee payable by the University / Institute which includes 10 participants (9 Delegates & 1 Keynote Speaker).

The Title of the international conference and the important dates for the same will be decided by bi-lateral discussion between ISERS & the University. The areas of interest/topics/tracks for the conference Title and dates should be finalized by both the parties.

University / Institutional Collaboration

Process -3 University / Institutional Collaboration

For University/Institutional Collaboration, the venue of the conference will either be the Conference hall (venue) or Auditorium of that University or a 5 star Hotel.

Collaboration is between the university/Institution and ISERS for both conference and publication. It could be either On Campus/ Off Campus.

The Title of the international conference and the important dates for the same will be decided by bi-lateral discussion between ISERS & the University. The areas of interest/topics/tracks for the conference Title and dates should be finalized by both the parties.

Publication Collaboration for Conferences

Process- 4 Publication Collaboration for Conferences

Publication Collaboration for Conferences is purely for the Publication of research articles, for a particular conference. ISERS invite submissions of research articles for publication in our journals indexed in SCOPUS, Springer, SCI, Web of Science, ESCI Journalsetc.

The number of research articles submitted for publication should contain minimum of Papers.

Based on the Plagiarism percentage the papers will be accepted.

Publication Collaboration with Universities

Process- 5 Publication Collaboration with Universities

Publication Collaboration with Universities & ISERS is made for the Publication of research articles, for all the conference’s hosted by the respected university.

The number of research articles submitted for publication should contain minimum of Papers.

Based on the Plagiarism percentage the papers will be accepted.

ISERS invite submissions of research articles for publication in our journals indexed in SCOPUS, Springer, SCI, Web of Science, ESCI Journals etc.

The cost and time frame for the publication will vary according to journals.

Publication Collaboration for Scopus/SCI/ESCI/Web of Science Journals

Process- 6 Publication Collaboration for SCOPUS Indexed Journals

This collaboration is between ISERS and University/Institution for publishing all the research papers from that Institution in SCOPUS Indexed Journals.

The number of research articles submitted for publication should contain minimum of Papers.

Based on the Plagiarism percentage the papers will be accepted.

All the papers submitted will be published in SCOPUS Indexed Journals.

The cost and time frame for the publication will vary according to journals.

Publication Collaboration with Event Organizers

Process- 7 Publication Collaboration with Event Organizers

Publication Collaboration with Event Organizers is between ISERS and the Event Organizer. By means of this collaboration the event organizer should submit all the papers on priority to ISERS for Publishing.

Based on the Plagiarism percentage the papers will be accepted.

ISERS invite submissions of research articles for publication in our journals indexed in SCOPUS, Springer, SCI, Web of Science, ESCI Journals etc.

The cost and time frame for the publication will vary according to journals.

Collaboration to Establish student chapters

Process- 8 Collaboration to Establish student chapters

For establishing a Student Chapter both the parties (ISERS & the respective Institution/University) engage in an effort to promote the competitiveness in establishment of student chapter.

Criteria to establish ISERS student chapter

The University/Institution must have at least 50 student members of ISERS.

The University/Institution must have Four or more life time members of ISERS in good standing.

Student chapter consists of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and committee members.

ISERS Membership is open to all departments of the academic Institution/University.

The chapter President must submit an annual report every year.

ISERS Student Chapters provide unique opportunities to learn and develop leadership skills, research development, networking, mentoring and bonding.

Collaboration with Associations

Process- 9 Collaboration with Associations

Collaboration is done between ISERS & other Associations/Societies with the common goal to attain the mutual benefits.

Benefits

Mobility of association members so that they can learn from each other and acquire international competencies.

To enable people and systems capacity building for sustainable growth.

To Plan, direct and organize beneficial programs on recent trends.

Exchange of key people for conferences, workshops and all scientific events organized or sponsored by both parties.

Collaboration with Publishers

Process- 10 Collaboration with Publishers

Collaboration with Publishers is between ISERS and the respective Publisher for publishing the research papers, magazines of ISERS in their Publications. Similarly, the research articles of the Publishers have to be submitted to ISERS for publishing in SCOPUS Indexed Journals, SCI, ESCI, Web of Science, Inderscience Springer Journals etc.

Making editorial decisions with reasonable speed and communicating them in a clear and constructive manner.

Organizing and managing the submission, assessment, review and editorial processes for publishing in the journal
